• Retain the image of Central, which is reflected in the character of the original 1931 building. The expansion will be compatible with the architecture of 1931 building.

• Current number of Van Wert Employees: 384
• Projected number of Van Wert Employees in 25 years: 650

• In addition to providing vending and break seating, this area may be used for large (all office) meetings.
• Enhanced outdoor break/dining spaces, seating, walking paths, and natural site amenities will be included.

• The training/meeting rooms will be designed to accommodate staff meetings and conferences for groups of 10 or more. Meeting rooms for smaller groups will be distributed throughout the building.
• Large meeting rooms can be subdivided into smaller meeting rooms by operable wall partitions.
• Modular furniture - can be arranged in a variety of configurations to accommodate different types of meetings.
• Spaces will incorporate technology to accommodate Computer Training, Video and Teleconferencing, Data projection, and Voice Enhancement.

• Our Fire Museum, which houses one of the finest privately owned collections in the U.S., will continue to be located in our original 1931 building.
• The Museum is being renovated and expanded as part of our building project.
