Tips for Glass Claims

Central works with the Guardian Glass Network and Safelite Glass Network to provide fast, efficient glass replacement. The networks contain over 4500 glass shops. You are free to use any of these or even to use shops not affiliated with these networks. The Guardian Glass Network and Safelite Glass Network will handle all your glass needs -- auto, home and business.

To use the network of your choice:

  • Contact your agent to verify your coverage, policy number and deductible.

  • Call 1-866-410-4753 to reach the Guardian Glass Network, or 1-800-988-9808 to reach the Safelite Glass Network. A Customer Service Representative will take your policy information and set up a conference between you and the glass shop of your choice so you can quickly set up an appointment for mobile or in-shop service. On many vehicles, the glass must be replaced under strict tolerances to insure the safety of your vehicle. Therefore, you may need to take your vehicle to the glass shop. On others, your glass shop will be able to send a mobile unit to your home or business.

  • After the work is completed, you pay your deductible. The network will bill Central directly.
