Customer Loyalty Credit
The Customer Loyalty Credit is a discount we use to reward policyholders who've been loyal Central customers. In general terms, once you've been insured with Central for at least two years, we apply a 2% credit to the renewal policy at the beginning of your third year. The credit gradually increases one percent a year until it reaches the maximum of 10% after ten years of longevity with Central. The 10% maximum credit continues on subsequent renewals and stays on your policy as long as you remain with the Central Companies.It's our way of saying, "Thank you for your business!"
