Available E-options

myCentral. Our online customer portal and mobile app provide on-demand access to claims reporting, policy information and proof of insurance, policy and bill view, payment options, text notifications, and much more.

E-policy and E-billing. Instead of receiving a paper copy of your policy or bill, you’ll receive an e-mail notification when the information is available on myCentral. Enroll in both options and receive a $5 credit per policy per year.*

Recurring EFT. Choose from four payment plans with no service fees.

How to Enroll

  1. Have your policy number and the policy's effective date available.
  2. Click Create Account in the myCentral login box on this page.
  3. Follow the quick and easy prompts to complete your enrollment.
  4. Once logged in to myCentral, click "Go Paperless" to enroll in additional e-options.

The myCentral mobile app is available for both Apple and Android devices. Text "myCentral" to 95577 to install the app on your mobile device or download from the iTunes Store or Google Play.
